When a redesign is the right call
You have a site. It works, in the sense that it loads. But it is hurting more than helping.
Maybe it is slow. Maybe it has not aged well. Maybe it does not match the company you have become. Maybe it leaks visitors before they read the third paragraph.
You do not need to throw it away. You need to know what to fix and in what order.
Audit first, surgery second
We start with a one-week audit. Not a sales pitch: a diagnostic. We measure performance, scan accessibility, evaluate brand fit, and review the conversion path.
By the end of the week you have a written document with specific issues, prioritized.
You can take that document and go. Many clients do, and we charge for the audit only. Some clients ask us to do the work. Either is fine.
What we typically fix
- Performance: bloated images, render-blocking scripts, slow fonts, oversized JavaScript bundles.
- Accessibility: missing alt text, broken keyboard navigation, poor contrast, missing focus states.
- Brand fit: outdated visual language, copy that no longer matches your voice, inconsistencies across pages.
- Conversion: confusing calls-to-action, leaky forms, broken funnels, unclear value propositions.
- Technical debt: end-of-life frameworks, broken plugin chains, unmaintained CMS.
Why not just rebuild from scratch
Sometimes you should. We will tell you. But often a targeted intervention is cheaper, faster, and lower risk.
The site you have today carries domain authority, content, customer relationships. Rebuilding throws those out.
We will not push you toward a bigger project than you need.
What we will not do
We will not hide problems with a fresh coat of paint. If the underlying CMS is unmaintainable WordPress with seven layers of plugins, the right answer is to migrate, not to redesign on top.
We will not redesign brand without brand work. If the issue is your identity, that is a Brand Identity project, not a website redesign.
